A simple 1-man recipe for Crock-Pot chili:
1/3 lb cubed meat (stop at a butcher shop in the store and ask em to dice it as small as they can).
1 chopped jalapeno (can be substituted for 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flake to match the heat).
1 cup frozen onion and pepper blend
1 15oz can diced tomatoes.
1 can kidney beans (rinsed if you can).
1 can V-8 or Snappy Tom tomato juice to fill.
Chili Powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, etc. To Taste.
Cook on LOW for about 6 hours.
